The French client is a regional supplier of poultry packaging solutions. With the growing demand for biodegradable packaging, they decided to invest in a semi-automatic egg tray production line to lower their costs and gain more control over product quality and supply timelines.

- A 4-side rotary molding machine, capable of steady output with low labor demand
- Pulping system including hydraulic pulper, pulp refiner, and pulp storage tank for consistent quality
- Natural drying method, as per customer preference, to reduce energy costs
- Custom aluminum molds tailored to standard 30-cell egg trays
- Optional automatic stacker to streamline the packing process
- All components configured for 380V/50Hz French power grid
To ensure a smooth start, we provided machine operation videos, installation guidance, and real-time remote assistance in English.
Results & outlook
Thanks to the successful setup, the customer now produces over 12,000 trays per 8-hour shift, meeting local demand with reduced packaging costs and faster delivery. Encouraged by this performance, the client plans to scale up their production line in the next phase.
